Hot Spare Warranty Program

If you have a problem with a computer purchased from us, and the problem cannot be fixed over the phone, our technicians will overnight you a replacement computer while our technicians repair yours. Hot spare computers are configured with your data promptly upon arrival with the assistance of our technical support team. Then, once you're back up and running, simply ship back your computer in our prepaid box for repair at our headquarters.
